This is so above and beyond and makes a big difference. In one day, we had an offer just below full price, but the second offer was full price on day three. Now we had the potential appraisal issue. Denise did her pencil appraisal of her own and met the appraiser at our home, and spent 3 hours with him explaining why the price was justified. The appraisal came in at the exact amount of the full price offer. Denise then handled the transaction right to the closing. I've never seen a realtor who works so hard through all the stages of the sale. In addition to the sale, Denise handled the purchase of our new home with the builder and has been there for us every step of the way.
